well, that depends on the company, and your level of competency. there really isnt a limit, but it isnt the greatest. for the first few years, i have heard it is less than 30k. if you are good and rise through the ranks, its pretty limitless.

The Conventions of Paris and Dijon, of 1921 resolved that photographers of ANY kind not be allowed to earn more than 1505 of their waist size in any calandar year. (the figures in the artist's local currency)
This was revised at the Johannesburg Accords, immediately after WWII, where the unit of measure was decide to be the photographer's neck size and the percentage adjusted to 553% in any 4.5 day period.
This standard is still in use, today, and no honorable photographer will accept a penny more in payment for his services.
There is, of course, no minimum salary.
