No in Tibet are only the Communist Chinese Military and Communist Chinese Police.

Tibet is under Communist Chinese occupation, while a few Tibetans can be found in uniform these are nothing but puppets of the Chinese, Tibet never really had much of an army before the Chinese occupied the country, the was no resistance to the Chinese moving in, and there is no independent Tibetan Military whatsoever there today.
