Well, the thing about us guys is we hate being rejected, so it helps when a girl lets us know they are really interested in us. This can be done in more ways than flirting, but a girl really needs to throw a nice guy a sign sometimes, because the nice guys are often afraid to take the risk of being hurt. Us nice guys have usually been damaged before. Then there are also the scum bag dudes who just see it as potentially easy sex. So really the motive for why a guy would like a flirty girl depends greatly on the guy.

It's not just the outer beauty but also the inner beauty dear, and you know better than me that the girls who are not so good looking know that no boy will fall for them unless he is desperate or not the very handsome and heartthrob kind. So they have to go out and find their guy on their own and also keep them away from beautiful girls.
So they flirt with them and take a chance who knows that they may get their guy.
Trust me guys do the same thing the handsome guys don't have to do anything they get more that they wan't or can handle but other guys have to flirt and try until they fall or succeed.This is nature
