'cause if it is, should I stop working out? I'm 15 and 1/2, and I do 100 pushups and 50 situps a day. Is that okay?

yes - its ok.
growth stunting is pretty much a myth (except if you injure yourself seriously e.g. very heavy weight lifting)
as long as your body gets all the nutrients it needs you are gona grow.

i dont think that it does, it helps your body stay healthy and a part of being healthy is growing and eating well and excersize
