EASY!!!!!!!!!!!
It's a mole. The only way to be certain is to biopsy it. What they do is, as long as they're cutting some of it out, they cut it ALL out, as well as the tissue right around it. That way, if it is cancer, they already cut it out.
This happened to -my cat!.No joke, they get cancer too. i was playing with him and, ..."what the hell is this??--------We took him to a vet and sure enough, cancer. They cut it out as I mentioned before, and he's doing just fine.

Your best friend will be just fine. Now, that you're no longer scared, let him lean on you. OK??????By the way,. he was very smart to see a Dr.

Don't worry too much. It sounds like your friend may have found it early enough. Just be there for him. Be strong no matter what. His dotor will do some blood work, and probably do a biopsy. All that means is when he romoves the mole he will send it to the lab for testing. Then they will be able to determin if it's cancer. I have had those types of moles for years, skin tags. I have never had one come back positive for cancer.

I had a mole on my arm...since birth...that started to change years ago. I went to the doctor and they removed it and everything was fine. I was horrified though at the thought of having skin cancer. I hope everything turns out great for your friend.

Unlikely to be cancer, since it was there since birth, but could be possible. Don't panic.
