You'll dress only in attire specially sanctioned by special services. You'll conform to the identity we give you, eat where we tell you, live where we tell you. From now on you'll have no identifying marks of any kind. You'll not stand out in any way. Your entire image is crafted to leave no lasting memory with anyone you encounter. You're a rumor, recognizable only as deja vu and dismissed just as quickly. You don't exist; you were never even born. Anonymity is your name. Silence your native tongue. You're no longer part of the System. You're above the System. Over it. Beyond it. We're "them." We're "they." We are the donut eaters.

They are speeding becasue the are trying to get to a call where the person is going to be complaining that they didnt get there fast enough. You would have a compltely different attitude if you were sitting waiting on the the officer because you have a problem then you would say what took you so long to get here but when you dont need one then you have the attitude of why can they speed and i cant. just because an officer doesnt have lights and siren on it doesnt mean that they are not going to a call.

Police can speed in the execution of duty. They cannot speed because they have guns, badges or cars with lights. It is not a function of being cool or privilege- it is a function of need. One that delivers pizza's for example, might think he needs that privilege, but he does not. Cops for example might need to get somewhere fast to keep another person safe. I am glad they can speed because some goof that thinks he should be able to speed might run into an innocent person. Then when the police get the call they can attend quickly and arrest that goof and haul him off the street.

Maybe they are rushing to a call to assist another officer who is trying to deal with someone who has a bad mouth and attitude like yours :)

Many times when an officer is going to assist another officer, they don't have lights and sirens on, especially if they aren't closer than others who are and get permission from the Radio Room to utilize them (where I worked they had to get permission for lights and sirens but not all do(?)).

Learn the ropes before judging. Do a ride along with a few officers and get a feel for what REALLY goes on on the street, then you might understand things from their perspective.

I can tell that you may not know much about law enforcement. The reaction time of the police in any field is crucial. Getting to a certain location quick but in a controllable manner may save a life or protect a crime scene.

Catholicism got here from Judaism and by potential of advert 394 Christianity became the respectable faith of the Roman empire. that's after the Reformation in the process the sixteen th century that Roman Catholicism split and had 2 different branches - Protestantism and Orthodoxy .
