He would win every event in Bejing with one hand and one leg tied behind his back. He is already favored to win all of the swimming events and he doesn'e even swim. When he gets in the pool the water will get out of the way and he will run to the finish line. If they didn't give him the medals he would just roundhouse kick the judges and take the medals anyway.

First of the word retard isn't used. It's not PC. Secondly, yes if he had the same abilites as he does know. Mental Retardation means they learn at a slower pace not that they can't think or exercise like "normal" people. It means they might do it differently what the norm is.
