I'm curious as to what you had engraved onto the wedding bands.

My fiance and I bought our bands today (YIPPEE!) and we are pondering what in the world to engrave onto the band.

This is his band:

This is my band:

SO, what did you get engraved on your wedding bands?

With the date, how did you have it? Plenty of ways:

ChocLove, no problemo, not offended. We were looking at matching bands too, but these are similar (with the channel of diamonds) enough that we are happy with our decision.

The engraving is oftentimes a particular message out of your fiancee to you. such as you reported you could consistently have that placed on after the marriage. Get it engraved afterwards if he would not have something in suggestions and you actual need it. this way he nonetheless has his possibility to do his very own. it would suck if he were questioning up particular issues to place and located it became already engraved. think of of it as him writing you a love letter and whilst he palms it you pull one out of your pocket and say "no thank you, already have been given it dealt with"

Haven't had ours engraved yet even though we have been married 3 years! Was thinking of getting them done on our 5th anniversary with just our names and date, boring I know!
I like your choice of rings, shame they're not matching though but don't take offence, it's a personal thing for me. Mine and my husband's are identical. They are yellow gold bands with white gold running through the centre.
Good luck for your wedding day!

Okay, I loved Mrs. Pipe's answer so much, I cannot stop laughing! That takes my vote :)

I just wanted to say that Iove your ring. I have a very similar one, just princess cut diamonds to go with my three stone engagement. It is very beautiful!
