Foods that are high in Omega 3 22 Carbon Long Chain Fatty Acids. Cold water "fresh" (not farmed raised) our one of your best sources. Mackerel, Sardines, Salmon and anchovies. You can also buy a particular brand of egg called Golden Circle that contains 180mg of Omega 3 per egg (it's all in the yolk). You can also buy a supplement over the counter product from GNC. Don't buy fish oil, just the extract called DHA (Docohexaonoic Acid). (Not DeHA which is a hormone supplement).

You brain is mostly made out of what is called Adipose Tissue and it is nearly 100% DHA - so it the back of your eyeball, the retina. DHA is found in every cell in your body in the bilipid membrane. USA does not get nearly enough of DHA in our diets.
