I eat 1100 calories every day strictly. My diet is full of veggies and fruits with a guilty pleasure of a glass of wine with dinner the only desserts I eat is sugar free pudding, sugar free creme savers and once a week I have frozen yogurt. I am 5'6, 21 and 105 pounds. Tonight I ate all of my usual calories and then had another Gala apple. I was NOT hungry or anything I just wanted something to much on. It was mindless. How much will your weight faulter from day to day. I need any healthy eating advice. Thank you

you are not eating enough even if you would be in coma!!!
Body burns about 50cal/hour just for basic functioning and thats 1200cal/day. You are moving and being active so you need a lot more than that.
what you do is starve your body and it feeds off of a muscle - eating itself and going in starvation mode (learning to work on less calories)
Start eating!!!
eat 5-6 small meals a day - complex carbs, protein, healthy fats, fruit and veggies, lots of water.
I eat about 1800-2400cal/day

I eat probably 800-900 calories daily on average. I can't eat any product with refined sugar because it's not vegan and I don't eat sugar free stuff because aspartame is said to cause cancer and maltodextrin may cause bloating. I actually eat really well, but I find that I don't eat often enough simply because there are a lot of things that aren't vegan in my kitchen and I get kind of sick of eating the same things over and over again. For instance, today, like you, I had two apples instead of my usual one for the same reason. I have been maintaining 106 pounds at 5'4 for the past week at least, and I can probably expect the scale to read at least a 2 pound increase, but I always cross my fingers and pray my weight shouldn't raise tremendously from just eating an extra apple. Today...I probably ate several servings of raisin bran which is the worst damage I have done in a while, coupled with the extra apple.
I stay away from dairy because it makes me feel awful. Meat has the same effect. Cutting out all foods made with animal products has helped me make better choices and eat significantly less.

please eat a doughnut or somthing

105 pounds at 5'6" and 21 thats dangerously underweight

i try to stay at 300cals, 500 at most, but i'm struggling with ana/mia, so i'm probably not your best sorce for answer.....
