Most churches teach a portion of the Bible, but I don't believe they really teach what the scripture says all the time. So many churches today take verses out of context, to make it say what they want it to say. They end up teaching a SCRIPTURE, mixed with man made ideas about what a particular verse says. If more churches would actually practice exogetical teaching (preaching within the context of the history and culture of the verse) and quit skipping from one verse to another, they might really start preaching what the Word says.
There are a lot of folks out there who teach such a watered down version of the Bible that even the apostle Paul wouldn't recognize it.

Actually it's the other way around. The Church had the teachings first, and then compiled the Bible, of writings that contained its own teachings. So the Bible reflects the teaching of the Church, not the other way around.

Some people think that Jesus's mother Mary remained a virgin but in the Bible it clearly states, she knew Joseph as her husband. I think people know what knew means. Then, there are people who say that the earth was made in seven days but both Psalms and Peter says it was more. These things are clearly stated. ?????????

Which church?
Which bible?
Why does it matter what anyone believes?

And, even more to the point, why would anyone think that slavishly adhering to a 2000-year-old book of superstition and prejudice is a good thing?

Some churches do.

Not all do. Some do, but have an odd method of interpreting the meanings.
It's getting harder to find one that does, without it being unbalanced theologically.
