Go to bed earlier. You need 8 - 10 hours of sleep a night. It is normal to not be hungry for breakfast. I've never eat very early in the morning because I'm not hungry, either. Take a snack with you.

It is always important to get enough rest at night. Even if you can't immediatley fall asleep, try to get yourself into the mode of getting ready for bed. Getting enough sleep and a balanced diet (enough foods from each food group) help to re-energize the body. Another possible solution would be to get regular exercise. Add all of these together and they should do the trick! Hope this helps.

Try to get atleast 7-8 hrs of sleep. Go to bed earlier,
even it sucks. Drink orange juice in the morning,
and some sort of food with atleast 8-10 grams of
fiber..think cereal or breads or oatmeal...
(it will keep you full and energy filled)
FIT IN BREAKFAST- it's the MOST important
meal of the day!

I'm always tired in the morning, I always wake up late even if my alarm is booming. What i do after i manage to roll out of bed is drink some really strong coffee or orange juice, they both give me energy. or you could try playing some music, that kind you would hear at a rave or something, just to get you hopping.

im the same way, and i dont attribute the problem to nothing else than hating waking up early....im just not a morning person. even if i do everything right...excersise, eat right, get full 8 hours of sleep and eat breakfast and everything, i do everything better at night than during the morning.
