Sometimes that's not true perhaps. There are cases where flocks of people, like herds of sheep, will flock to a Jesus statue in Brazil where a trickle of red fluid "appears" to have appeared from the eyes of Jesus lol. Or the occasional "Christ image" might appear in someone's oatmeal.

For the most part though, I wonder if Christians don't feel cheated. If miracles were commonplace, with many witnessess in ancient times (the parting of the Red Sea, burning bushes, Christ coming back from the dead, etc. etc.) I would begin to wonder why it is that miracles (the type that is irrefutable as a miracle) never happen anymore -- and haven't happened for millenia.

No, I am not worry at all, because I've seen many miracles happened in my life. Not the grand big ones that you expect to see so that you'll believe God exists. But rather when I see how someone like my pastor who used to be in a gang, ended up in prison and was even on America's most wanted list, and that God changed his heart and his life into such a loving and compassionate follower of Christ who is so filled with the Holy Spirit that he touches everyone around him.

That is a miracle to me.

Miracles were never common place, even in Biblical times. When you consider the length of time the Bible purports to cover, the miracles are really few and far between, and they usually only surround very significant events--like the exodus where God rescued the Hebrews and created a nation out of them or when Jesus the Christ came to earth and had his ministry, etc. Miracles have never just been a normal part of life.

Miracles happen everyday. Everyday I wake up with my beautiful wife by my side. I see a sun rise and feel the warmth on my face. I see the wonderful creations that God has provide. Those are my small everyday miracles.

On a large scale I have seen many miracles happen to people. I am in the medical field and have seen many things happen that could not be explained by the doctors. I can only believe that God has laid his hand on those people for a reason.

Miracles does happens in our everyday lives but not the miracles of ancient age or in time of our Lord Jesus, we know it happend when we feel and understand. the miracle that i am saying is not that images are crying with blood stains in the lid or that graven images are talking to somebody or the miracles saying that wonders and healing took in their churches. miracles of ancient time is obsolete for the present times.

Miracles happen all around you, yet you do not perceive them. The light shines, but the darkness does not perceive it. If you can believe, miracles happen here and there all around you. God is not a show off. If he does a miracle for me, he is not concerned in the least if anyone else but myself knows about it. There is nothing impossible with God. Have faith in God. He is a person we can safely trust. This fairy tale is no fairy tale. It is verily true. You just have to be in the light to see it. Can't see it in darkness.

Are you kidding.. there are many but the press wouldn't cover it unless it was on the scale of parting the Red Sea.

This sounds like a good miracle to me though, declared dead 90 minutes until the minister prayed.

How do you know miracles don't ever happen. Have you examined all of mankind yet?

For I Was Blind, but Now I See

Personally, for me this was literally and physically fulfilled. It is a miracle.

"... all of us would desire to die to be sin loose as in keeping with Romans 6:7......." - If this have been real, the Yeshua died in ineffective, because of the fact - as quickly as all of us die - we "are loose from sin", impressive? incorrect. Sin is the blunders guy took after Adam's transgression. as quickly as the physique is burned, there exist no blunders. Deleted. that does no longer mean WE DESERVE something, and as a remember of actuality, as Yeshua reported, we "are slaves solid for no longer something" that should die, because of the fact the only ingredient that the regulation brings in, is dying. After Yeshua's resurrection (the 1st one), many have been 'replaced' in an on the spot at their dying, and that 'corruptible' became switched over into incorruptible. they're now in an domicile with Him contained in the residing house of His Father "the place there exist many Mansions" and that they're going to comprise Him "as in a cloud" whilst He returns along with his saints. people who He does no longer recognize as "His sheep" would would desire to attend until eventually the Resurrection on the top of the single thousand years, the place there will be - for some - a Resurrection of existence, and for others a Resurrection of Judgment. the area of those dependable to Him is the Universe, the Planets ("the stones of hearth" initially given to the non secular creatures that for the period of a protracted time rebelled against God). issues will return to the situations existent on the very initiating, back, and he will Reign as a King back. btw, you do no longer would desire to be a JW to examine the Scriptures and enable somebody inform you what they mean. it extremely is there for all, be loose. examine. study, the actuality shall make you loose.

great question. I am sure you will get the standard answers. "God works in mysterious ways" or "There are miracles occurring everywhere around you every day" or "If you put your trust in Jesus he will show you miracles" or "Just being alive is a miracle"...the fact is, over the past 2000 years, there has been NO miracles, no revelations, no second coming, nothing. nada. However, we have seen hundreds of wars, torture, murder, genocide...all in the name of religion..kinda strange if you ask me..
