Make it reasonable dude no sending people to space or anything outrages like that.

We have the power to change the legal system by voting for representatives that will make decisions that we want. Sentencing guidelines are also legislative and these representatives in the legislature are elected by the people. So I guess what I'm saying, is that the people have already spoken, in a sense, and apparently the current system is what we came up with.

1) VICTIMS ARE DOING THIS AT PAROLE HEARINGS. SHOWING UP AND PLEADING THEIR CAUSE TO KEEP THAT PERSON BEHIND BARS FOREVER. TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE TO ALLOW A COP KILLER OUT AFTER 25 YEARS. ONE LIFE FOR A LIFE.
2) BRING BACK THE ELECTRIC CHAIR--HOW ABOUT THE DEATH PENALTY.-YOU KNOW THE SUPREME COURT THIS WEEK STAYED AN EXECUTION IN ALABAMA BECAUSE OF THE LAWSUIT ABOUT LETHAL INJECTION BEING CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT. EVER READ ABOUT WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO THE VICTIM AND NOTHING TO SAY THE FAMILY?
3) NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. TOO MANY RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS INCARCERATED. THEY HAVE STORE DRAWS, COMMISSARY, 3 SQUARES A DAY, HOT AND COLD CELLS, AIR CONDITIONING, FREE MEDICAL, DENTAL, EYE WEAR, PILLS, ALL IN THE NAME OF HUMANITY. THE BIGGEST DECISION THEY HAVE TO MAKE IS TO GO TO EAT CHOW 3 TIMES A DAY.
4) ALREADY IS AT TIME OF TRIAL AND ANYTIME YOU WANT TO SEARCH THE PRISONS, THAT INFORMATION IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD. WANT TO SEE THE CRIMES THEY ARE IN FOR, READ THE TRIAL TRANSCRIPTS.
5) ONE APPEAL AND ONE ONLY TO THE US SUPREME COURT. WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ALL LAWS FEDERAL LAWS ONLY FOR ARRESTS.
HOW ABOUT IF WE COME UP WITH A NEAT IDEA FOR CRIMINALS CALLED "ABORTION FROM SOCIETY". INSTEAD OF "THE DEATH PENALTY." YOU KNOW WHAT THAT SOUNDS LIKE, SO NICE FOR A JUDGE TO SAY;"YOU HAVE BEEN FOUND GUILTY AS TRIED. YOU ARE TO BE ABORTED FROM SOCIETY ON xxxxxxxxx."

all the places that have health care provided by the government get terrible health care cause the docs know that they'll get paid whatever the price even if they dont try 2 even save the persons life!

2. Oh yea make the Cops actually do something about CRIMES.....You know theft, rape, murder ...
And stop using them just to generate funds.....
