Running, biking, workout every second night, I walk to work & love to walk, very keen on gardening, use an old fashioned push mower to mow the lawn. Love to go hiking through our local national park.

Just keep moving. It's important to start exercising consistently early in life, so that it will become habitual behavior. Run, jog, bike, hike trails, work in the garden, whatever keeps you moving, do it! I love lifting weights and playing tennis.

Well, my nose is always running and my head is swimming. I keep jumping to conclusions and I race through my dinner. That said, I can go through my gym work-out in my sleep.
