OMG GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember how they tell you not to swim until a full hour after you eat? It goes beyond cramping legs. YOU NEED THE ENERGY FOR ALL THAT MOVEMENT YOU WANT TO DO!!!!

Absolutely under no circumstances do you exercise on an empty stomach.. You will become dizzy and possibly faint or worse.

Pack some protein and a FEW carbs from granola bars, fruits and veggies.

Good luck!

I cant think of anything worse than not having eaten before working out. That isnt to say I eat & go straight into it, but I dont like doing anything without a bit of energy. Thats why I work out or go running except in the afternoons or evenings, I have energy from a whole day of eating.
It affects your stamina & performance & is no hinderance to loosing weight.

The theory is that when you exercise on a full stomach, your body burns the food instead of body fat. Plus, running on a full stomach is kind of uncomfortable. I recommend that you eat a small meal before exercising, and don't eat directly after a workout. Make sure to still drink lots of water tho.

eat after exercising because ur body's in calorie burning mode.
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don't worry! ~Adia

exercising in the fasted state is the quickest way to losing both fat and muscle. those that preach this philosophy for training have no real knowledge of human biology.
