You can come across serial killers that have a mental disorder/s. There are a lot of them. Even your average day person can have one.

Nothing to make fun of though.

There s been a few. Joachim Kroll was severely retarded, and david Berkowitz mildly so. All serial killers have mental disorders, in the sense that all are sociopaths. Among those who are believed to have had other disorders are Jeffrey Dahmer, who appeared to have had Aspergers Syndrome, as most likely his British counterpart Dennis Nilsen did.

Anyone who willfully takes another human's life is mentally retarded! The normal feeling toward another human being is the one you had for others as an infant. It is a sense of well being around them and the emotions of Love and curiosity toward them; emotions promoting approach. All deviations from this natural state are probably due mostly to nurture. This I believe and I deplore the casualness most grown humans have toward the sanctity of human life.
