Just give it time, it's ok. Sometimes people develop crushes on tutors or teachers and as long as you don't act upon that, you're good.
You know, a few years from now that age gap won't seem nearly as big. But in the meantime, make sure to never act on your feelings and don't feel bad about yourself for having a crush... it happens!

You're probably not in love. Ask yourself, if she loses her limbs in a car crash and is left really ugly, would you still "love" her?
I think it's ok that you like your tutor, especially if she's pretty, hell can happen to anyone.
Try talking to her about non academic stuff, try to get it on with her, if that doesn't work remember that you can just go for someone else. And keep giving us people best answers ;)

My partner is 10 years older than me. Of course it doesn't matter...
Although I'm older than you and I have to say that an age difference of four years is a lot more noticable (maturity-wise) at your age.
I know it's frustrating, but hang in there. You have to try and stay professional about it because I'm sure her help is invaluable to you and you don't want it to get really messy...

You may want to get help but I'm not sure. my parents are 7 years apart but right now you're young. It may be just a little crush but you need to leave it at that. Don't tell her about it and don't try to make it a relationship. If you do she or you can get i trouble. If you think you want to start getting in a relationship you may want to get some help.

Nah, I don't think it's a big deal.
Try to stop it, though.
Are you over the age of consent in your state?
In most places it's 18, in my state, it's 16.
You might want to check.
If it's legal,
then it depends,
on whether or not you guys are like friends,
or teacher-student more like.
if you're friends, it could work out.
if teacher-student then absolutely not.

well 'crush' is a weird phenomenon. you never know who you going to fall for....take my advice forget about her before it gets worse...concentrate on studying....and if possible get a different (male) tutor.

of course it could work out. Just give her something to talk about with her friends.
