Pumpkin seeds actually have a very good quality for you the shells help to clean out your digestive tract. They can actually remove parasites and intestinal worms and nasty things like that. So they can be very beneficial for you.
But dont load them with too much fat and salt, because that is obviously not good for you.

Pumpkin seeds are in fact said to be supportive in preventing prostrate cancer.
Usually roasted, but also dry roasted for (good health), they are said to be healthy.

They when purchased from store are usually coated in salt which means high sodium and salt make you retain water

good for you but they are usually roasted in a little oil so dont go crazy. im in a nutrition group that is passing them out at a health fair

i have no clue if they are good for you, but i am so addicted to them that around this time of year, I am so full of seeds, I am bird pooping all week long. LOL I know, TMI
