Girls want to be treated with respect and love. We want to be in a relationship that is filled with trust and faith. Being pampered is a form of love, but not all girls want gifts from their significant others. Those who are only interested in that are very materialistic.

yea most girls do though dont go overboard
some girl will be kind of creeped out if ya go overboard
and TOO much of romantic and lovely things is kinda wierd for some girls

like, even the most tomboyish girls like to be pampered every once in awhile!
it just matters who the girl is...
basically, if u feel like it, and it doesnt seem too awkward to, go ahead, its good for a bit of a surprise!

Not all girls, not to stereotype, but the "city girls" probably do. Me, I am not that materialistic. I would be happy with just hanging out and watching a movie or something like that.

Probably not all but most...just as long as its still sincere and not an everyday occurance then it might stop being romantic and just get annoying, to me anyways.

i'd rather watch a football game with pizza and beer personally. But a little romance is good too, as long as its not over the top. You have to keep it genuine

Yes, to an extent. I kinda feel like a schmuck if it's overdone, though... (like you feel if someone gets you a gift for christmas and you didn't get them anything)
But, little gestures go a long way! Like a flower and an "I love you" note in her car.
