There is this really nice girl at my school and I haven't even introduced myself to her. I'm the new jid and i don't really know too many poeple, so i need to know what i should do to ask her out or start a relationship with her. This is serious and i don't want any of those goofy answers, so plz help.

Plz tell me how i should get to know if you are just going to say that, i need details please. And she is always with her friends and they are kinda snooby but she isn't so ow do i talk to her when shes not in that environment?????

try talking to her about school especially if you have similar classes like, "What'd you think of that test?" or, "That was SO booring". You could always just approach her and tell her you're new and looking for cool people to hang out w/, but I'd suggest getting to know her at least a bit better before you go for it, but what do I know anyways?

Have you ever even talked to her? Do you have classes in common? See if you can strike up some kind of conversation with her. By all means do introduce yourself to her. Take a little time and try to establish some kind of friendship with her. Ask her about her interests and see if there is something she likes to do that you like to do. Then ask her out. Nothing ventured, nothing gained......

Don't rush things, get to know her first, spend more time talking to her so you're sure she likes you too, (you gotta know her first)
