I used to have really oily skin, and I have some good ideas for you if you are willing to put a little (not a lot) of money into it.
Dermalogica makes a really great facial wash, it is called Dermal Clay Cleanser. It doesn't really suds up like a normal face wash, its consistency is more like a clay and it really sucks up oil out of your face. It gives you a really deep clean feeling, it is so great. They also make a moisturizer that is called Oil Control Lotion. It is also great because it helps control oil production on your face in such a way that your skin doesn't get super dry, and because it is in more of a balance, after a while of continuous usage (for me anyway) your skin will stop over-producing oil.
The other thing I would recommend to you is a mask by Origins. It is called Clear Improvement, and I love it so much! It is a charcoal based mask, and it soaks up oil out of your skin and leaves your pores tight and skin smooth after you take it off. I use this at least 3-4 times a week, it is so awesome.
These things aren't available in a drugstore and are more expensive than stuff you would find in one, but if you are genuinely concerned about your skin, there is a reason why these products are more expensive...they work. The Origins mask is $20, you can get it at any mall beauty counter that carries Origins, or at their website. If you want to buy the Dermalogica stuff, don't buy it in a local salon or spa! They mark up the prices so much it is totally ridiculous. I use a ton of different Dermalogica products and I only buy them from whatgreatskin.com. They offer huge discounts, and the shipping is free above $49. Also, they process and ship your order super fast, the customer service is great.
The Dermalogica stuff lasts a long time too...the big bottle of cleanser usually lasts me about 2 to 2 and a half months.
Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you :)

An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details log to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/

you have quite a problem........ if you cant switch washes i would recommend
1st not washing your face more than twice a day
2nd try curel lotion it is less oily than cetaphill and moisturizes just as well
AND
3rd for and dead skin or flaking after washing your face get sugar while your face is still wet and rub it on your face for 30 seconds or so then rinse it will remove and dead skin and leave your face super soft
for in between try using oil blotting sheets : )
