There are lots of variations for people under 18... You need to be more specific, if you're 12 it is different than if your 17

If your parents don't mind then you can move out or you can become emancipated from your parents (you remove their parental rights).
I graduated highschool when I was 16 years old so I moved out when I was barely 17 years old and worked full-time; however, my parents were fine with it since I was mature and finished school early.

EDIT: If your home life in not stable (parents abusive or an unhealthy living environment) then you can become emacipated which you must go through court to do. It just removes the parental rights from your parents; however, you need to make sure you can financially support yourself before doing so. You said you are almost 16 years old so in 2 years you will be done with highschool and can move into your own place- it really is best for you to wait because there is no way you can go to school full-time and support yourself. Unless your parents are abusing you or something to that level then you need to just stay with them until you are no longer a minor. In the meantime try to respect your parents so they respect you in return.

well if its ok with ur parents you could go to a boarding school, orphanage, family members, or friends it really depends on ur age. Like if ur 17 or 16 you could probably go to court and work that put with them that you could buy your own place etc, but if you around 15 and under you proaply have to do one of the following I mentioned

go to court and prove you can live on your own: full time job, insurance, transportation (other than bus and a bike) and that you have a residence. If you run away you will go to juve cause its illegal and your still under 18. Key word here is EMANCIPATED which pends where u live aslo.
