Sometimes I forget that I'm surrounded by people who can't read without glasses. Many of them say they only need them to read, and as such these are the only times they wear them. I wonder how many details of daily life they miss. I'm sure they can see the wall but do they see the texture. Can they see the texture of life or does it just get blured into a solid.

"ATHEIST SUCK, THEY REALLY REALLY SUCK". Where did that come from? So much anger!

The texture of life is its details. Two seeds that are the same will produce plants that only share a few structial commons. The size, shape and number of flowers produced from each will be determined by more factors then are predicable. Can you imagne that birds are like fish darting about in an ocean of air. or that trees and forests are just realy tall mold. At the very center of a mass there would be no gravity.
The last line was really built on the next to last line. I wanted to give an example and with out the very last line it just seemed flat.

Or do those of us who need glasses have more than one way to see the world, giving us more insight?

You sound like you are amusing yourself with your logic. The purpose of putting on their glasses is to see things up close - see the details. They see fine things at a distance! ( Yes, even the texture!)
Your question, "Do you believe that people with good eye sight have better insight" is amazing. Surely, you are joking! All you have to do is have 20/20 vision and your insight into life/living is incredible!
Surely your statement of 'I'm sure they can see the wall but do they see the texture'__ is just a 'setup' for your last line,
"Can they see the texture of life or does it just get blurred into a solid?" "Texture of life"..... Wow! Profound!
I would like to hear your take on just 'what the texture of life' is! You have good eyesight right! But just in case our paths don't cross again, I'll go ask somebody that doesn't need glasses____ .
......Very amusing.

The third eye is not a physical thing but rather a spiritual thing when it is 'open' you are able to mentally see that which is unseen by the physical eyes and you are able to see (get) visions of things yet to come. Sometimes the vision are as real and clear as watching a dvd screen. You are also able to see into other people's distress and maybe able to offer solutions based on your observation. It is not that easy to achieve opening the third eye, so consider yourself fortunate to do so and cherish it. All the best.

I know blind people that have more insight and vision then the people with perfect vision. So no just because you have perfect vision doesn't always mean that you have the vision for the insight of many things or people.

I do believe this, but not in every case. My father in law is slowly going blind...physically and spiritually.
