I work in sales and I make 64k a year, what would I have to bring in to cover my salary including overhead? My boss said I would have to bring in 1.5 million a year to cover that.

I am a project manager/estimator for an electrical construction company. We have about 18 field workers and 7 office employees which includes 2 other project managers/estimators.
