My mom read my diary, and i had some things in there i didnt want anyone to know about.
Im dating one of my friends cuzins, hes in grade 12 and im
in grade 9, when im with him I tottaly forget about the age difference, but i wrote in my diary that i'm starting to actually LOVE this guy. Hes so perfect, hes not one of those guys who want to get in your pants all the time, hes actually shy..and i know what your all prolly thinking, hes fake, blah, but iv'e known him since grade 6...I also wrote that i am kindof exsited because if i LOVE him i might actually have sex with him, we havent talked about it yet, but im getting these feelings and my mom is afraid to let me see him as much anymore, and she had a long talk with me. im not stupid or being peer presured because none of my friends are doing this, i just dont know what to do..she doesnt trust me with anytihng ne more and ..what do u think i should do about me and my bfs relationship?

i think it was wrong for your mom to read your diary. that is totally out of the question invasion of privacy, and secondly, your mom needs to chill out cause what girl doesn't think that about her b.f? if you really love him then go after him, no matter what any one , even your mother, says about it. not like she can stop you from seeing him at school. =] good luck

Just tough it out - the storm will pass and you'll be ok. Your mom shouldn't have done that - it was a total invasion of your privacy and you definitely do have the right to have your own private thoughts. My parents did that to me, too, when I was younger and I'll never forget the way it damaged my ability to trust them.

If you really love your bf, then of course don't break up with him because of your mom. Just keep going through your days and talk with him, spend time with him, etc, when you can. If you think about it from your mom's perspective - of course she doesn't want you to have sex with this guy. You are very young and she's naturally protective of you. What she did was wrong, but at the end of the day she probably did it because she loves you and doesn't want you to get into trouble or get your heart broken. That doesn't make it ok, but it might make it less hurtful to know that at the end of the day she is protective because she cares.

I agree with your mom. Don't have sex with the guy. Put yourself in her shoes and imagine what it would be like if your little girl was thinking about having sex with a guy 3 years older than herself.
