Hm... okay how about a slice of turkey on light bread with milk and orange juice followed by that half tub of ice cream in my freezer, and stay on Yanswers for 2 more hours?

Drink a glass of milk, or eat a little cheese or yogurt. The calcium will actually help you sleep.

You should have a light snack and maybe (if you can) stay up for an hour or so to let it digest a little. You will wake up during the night hungry otherwise. But not only that, if you do it to often your body will go into 'starvation' mode - which goes back to caveman days and never knowing when you are going to get you next meal - your body will store fat, for when you starve again.

Just eat! You'll fall asleep quicker. Maybe some cereal or even a toast mmmm. Or you could have a cup of tea with some LOW FAT biscuits. Or even better just eat whatever you want and start your sensible eating tomorrow p.s isn't that what we all do Seya !!

Yes, just sip a bit of water and go to sleep. If you are SO hungry you can't get to sleep I would suggest toast or applesauce. Night night.

A bowl of cereal, a bagel. I always eat something light, more of a breakfest type of food.

Go to bed and get up in the morning and have a good breakfast!
Which reminds me; I'm tired. Good night.
