These symptoms are still quite vague and depend on many factors, no one is going to be able to tell you what they really add up to (a proper diagnosis).

Now, knowing that these symptoms have lasted steadily for a week, they SHOULD add up to going to the doctor and getting a professional opinion. Then again, if this is hypothetical in nature, I would next ask if the person is having sexual relationships, stress, lack of a normal period, etc

Well maybe you should call the gas company or someone with a carbon monoxide detector because other than a virus it could be a malfunctioning appliance in your house. I'll paste some info. below. You can buy a fairly good detector at the hardware store but I would call a professional. This time of year with the furnace first turned on is the prime time for such things. Good Luck and I hope you feel better.

Carbon monoxide is the leading cause of accidental poisoning deaths in America. This odorless, tasteless, and colorless gas is known as the "Silent Killer." The Centers for Disease Control estimates that carbon monoxide poisoning claims nearly 500 lives, and causes more than 15,000 visits to hospital emergency departments annually.
Carbon monoxide is produced by common household appliances. When not properly ventilated, carbon monoxide emitted by these appliances can build up. See below for a list of appliances that can emit carbon monoxide.
Early symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning such as headaches, nausea, and fatigue, are often mistaken for the flu because the deadly gas goes undetected in a home. Prolonged exposure can lead to brain damage and even death.

probably STRESS...............

take time to relax. take some Vitamins and Minerals. Get some exercise.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is diagnosed if you continue having the same symptoms for up to three months, so i guess you dont have that.
