Honey, take the Job #3 - it will allow you a job and the time with your child... they grow up too fast. You don't want to look back on your son's life and wish you would have spent more time. Good luck to you!

I personally would choose option 3. It will make you less but the perks are awesome, it is vital that an 11 month old child have his/her mother present at an early stage. Allowing nights, weekends, holidays off is something that the extra income will never give back to you. Remember, if you are getting less but have more time off you will be able to cook at home more(not eating out), take care of chores(no maid), and find ways to cut back costs to make up for the difference. Good Luck!

Hi,Id go job 2. I worked those hrs when my son was young, gave me time to play and gather myself in the am.When I worked days I was up and out and home in time for 1 hr of play.I loved my mornings! Plus the $ is good,I did some math.Job 3 may be about the same depending on insc costs.mornings or afternoons, only decision...

Personal opinion:
I will take the 3rd option.
I have worked weekends for the last five years; and after a career move, now I realize how much I have missed.
- Job 3 would be okay if your family is your top priority.

Where on earth do you live that the wages are so bad? I've never heard of a new grad nurse making as little as that.
Check into registry jobs; they pay a lot more.

job 3! you get PAID holidays, and hourly wage is not as much, but the fact that it assures no weekends, so you can have time for your kid.
