if i were to stop by the store everyday before school, buy 2-3 fresh fruits, and a big bottle of Fugi water....then at lunch eat a pb&j sandwhich....and the rest of the water and fruits for the rest of the day? for about a week...or should i do this longer? while taking mulit-vitamin supplements as well.
thanks.

Fruit is definately great for your body, but you will loose muscle along with your fat if you don't add some more lean protiens to your diet. If you don't want to eat chicken or fish, then consider tofu or beans.
Also, instead of loading up on just fruit, try adding some veggies. They have almost no calories (if you don't load them with dressings or butter), low in carbs, and full of fiber.
If you eat less than 1200 calories per day, your body will think it's starving and conserve fat..in other words..it slows down your metabolism.

Yes, but eat all the fruit in the morning along with the water.
I lost 12 lbs in a month by blending 2 grapefruits and 2 apples until smooth, then added that to a container and topped up with water so there was 1.5 liters of it. I added 4 tbsps of Braggs apple cider vinegar as well.
I havent done any exerise to lose the weight. I just stuck to the blender drink every morning. I'd take an hour to drink it.
You should read Fit for Life by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond for some interesting eating food comining principles. It will explain why I suggest eating all the fruit in the morning up to 1 hour before lunch. They have a site too fitforlife.com, but I suggest getting one of their 4 books to read.
Also look into thecoconutdiet.com and the impressive weightloss adding virgin coconut oil can do for you.
Consider walking anhour each day in the evening to burn 600 cakories easily. That alone would burn 4200 cals a week which is around a pound and a quarter a week. A pound of fat is roughly 3500 calories...
Have fun!

well..fruits are sugar -better for you sugar than like..candy of course but.. if youre thinking of cutting foods from your diet the things you wanna cut to just start of losing wieght and getting into a routine would be cutting on sweets and carbs becuase theyre the highest in calories. eating just fruit wont help becuase you wont get all the nutrients and things you need, thus your body will retain more food.
hope this helps
im doing the same things and its working for mee =)

you have to eat 5-6 small, balanced meals a day and create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake to lose fat.
plus - at least 64oz of water a day.
lots of fruit and veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats, protein etc.
