Try to do some things that will take you outside of yourself.Try to find some reasons to be grateful. I like to go people watching and enventually, I always seem to see some person in a wheelchair, or a parent with a mentally challenged child and I watch them and I get encouraged. I start feeling inspired and feeling like no matter what I can do whatever! Gratitude is always a great healer for depression. Hopes this helps in some way. Oh yeah, prayer helps alot 2!

Eh, everyone does once in a while.
I just sit at home or go out and hang out with my friends.
I pray, but I don't feel sorry for myself. I pray and read with my friends and I feel better after a day or too. Prayer helps a lot though. Going to church and being surrounded by nice and loving people helps a lot too.

Yes, I use to all the time and had to take medication. I would pray all the time, seeking God. I knew that healing was available and trust that He would touch my mind and emotions. Last January, after seeing Jesus in a dream, I was healed, off all medications. I still had problems with chronic fatigue, and two weeks ago I was healed of that. I have so much energy now. Jesus can heal anything and anyone. You just have to believe and trust in Him, He will bring it to pass.

Yes!! I'm not lonely though, since I have my husband, but depression I can understand very well.
I don't pray often enough. My faith is suffering right now.
I come on this site to pass time since nothing else interests me at the moment. Pathetic, huh?

I try to hang out with friends, or play a online video game. Just try to keep your mind on things other than being depressed.

Yes, I felt that way for months on-end. I prayed and went to church as I usually did, but felt little at the time. However, looking back, I see that my Savior was with me and guiding me.
