Im going to take my senior and gratuation pis on Nov 13, and I really want to look my best. I currently weight 143, 5'3, 19yrs old. I just need a head start and some advice on what to eat and how I should maintain myself less hungry. Thanks

7-day fat- burning soup diet.

Developed by a hospital for overweight patients who were going in for surgery and needed to lose weight fast.
The diet deceives your body by switching types of food eaten every day influencing your body to keep losing weight. You eat as much soup as you want for all 7 days. It claims you can lose more than 10 pounds but whatever. It still works well. Requires you to drink half your body weight in ounces of water and to not have alcohol, breads, or sugar, etc.

I have just started it and have lost 6 pounds in 5 days. I have also been working out every day. It is challenging to stick to but worth it. I can already tell I am thinner in the face and stomach area. I have more energy too.

Its a great jump start diet. It is best if you replace one meal a day with the soup after you are off it for a while so you dont gain the weight back right away after resuming a normal diet.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Okay, first off, crash dieting is a car wreck.Honestly, you crash, hit rock bottom then burn and gain ti all back.If you want to KEEP it off then follow a healthy diet. Try Special K, and eating apples before meals. Lots off fruit and grains, and carbohydrates. Though no white bread, just whole grain (complex carbohydrates) as they take longer for your body to break down, and don't absorb into fat as fast. Cut out the junk, and Halloween candy, but you can allow yourself up to 75 calories, of junk food a day (not very much, now is it?).
And multiply your current weight by twelve which would be the number of cals. you can consume a day without gaining or losing weight and no exercise. Multiply by fifteen and thats to lose weight with exercise.

drink water ONLY, for 3 days without food and run 1 mile each for those 3 days. after the 3 days, start eating some vegetables but still use water to fill most of ur stomach and run 20 minutes everyday. After 5 days of this (u should be better at running) and run for 30 minutes everyday. You can eat now [eat an apple before every meal, because it makes ur brain think u have eaten alot], but exclude ANY foods with ANY amount of fat, even if its like 1 gram.
You should see results!!

this sounds really tough (and it is) but it really really works and after ur done, u will be really proud of urself! its worth the try!

Ok..you can't lose 10 pounds in 12 days. And if you did, it wouldn't be healthy. Shouldn't you have thought of this a month ago?

The fastest way to lose that much weight in a week is to go on a juice fast. All you have to do is drink pure natural juices for a week instead of eating.

it is really not healthy to lose that much weight in that amount of time. ask if you can do make up pics in a couple of weeks or something. eat breakfast and try not to eat after six or seven at night. eat fruit and vegies. go to the gym and run a lot.
