-He's 20, I'm 19
-I've known him a year & we work together
-he's always been shy around me, unless others are around
-he's NOT a player
-he started flirting with me over 2 months ago (he used to only stare)
-we exchanged #s and he began to call me often, but suddenly stopped
-he became distant at work as well, but still stares at me
-is he shy again?
-he invited me over to hang out with some friends one night
-as he dropped me off afterwards I told him I had to tell him something
-he turned the music off & gave me his full attention as if he knew it was important
- in very simple terms I said: "I really like you."
-he smiled & said: "Ok" that's it, but it wasn't negative
-the situation didn't feel awkward
-we hugged each other good bye & I don't see him until Saturday and we haven't talked since that night (a few days ago)
-Does he like me too?
-Did I shock him or did he not say anything so he wouldn't hurt me?
-he's obviously "okay" with me liking him

Talk to him more, get him to talk to you more instead of saying "ok"-let him know you do like him so he doesn't act so shy about it (It looks like he is too shy, maybe around you too & you need to fix that)

I think he's acting kinda odd. The first thing that comes to mind is that he is in a relationship with someone else or really likes someone else too. Or else he's just playing with you mind. I'd keep acting just the way you are and even start to become distant with him. He knows your interested, so he should be the one to make the next move. If he just stares at you all day and doesn't come up to talk, I'd start ignoring him and move on. I know that a man that seems mysterious is a major turn on (from personal experience) but trust me, if you don't know what he's thinking, you never will get in his head. OR maybe you just need to get to know him better (if he makes the first major move) Good luck.

U definitely didn't shock him, if he's shy it might me hard for him to engage with u, but once things start picking up, im sure things will work out for the best

it's seems like he really likes you!! but you shouldn't have told you that you liked him. you should have waited for a better time.
whats taking him so long to ask you out??? you have to let him know that it's ok to not be shy around you!

seems confused...maybe you should just talk to him...and tell him how you exactly feel..someone just being bluntly hones with someone is the best way to go. goodluck
