The others are correct it sounds like a seizure (possibly.) But the main concern isn't if he has a seizure but why? Epilepsy isn't the only reason, it may be nothing or it may be very serious.
I would suggest taking him to a vet and having him checked over.

You dog may have had a seizure. My dog suffered a seizure. She collasped to the floor, legs spread out, foamed at the mouth, and pee'd on the floor. She never regained consciousness. You HAVE TO take your dog to the Vet as soon as possible.

Sounds like a siezure. I had a dog that had petit mal siezures and sometimes when he went down with one he would lose his urine. There is medication you can give them. See you vet. I know it was scary but my dog lived to be an old dog.
BTW...a grand mal siezure would be where the dog is actually having convulsions. Petit mal is where they just are out of it but not siezing.

some times dogs do this when they get frigtened and sometimes because they smell pee or something else there.
he defanatly didn't have a seizure unless he was shaking.
maybe his heart did something funny. maybe a stroke that didn't harm him right away. get him to the vet asap just incase
