Three years is nothing when older. At your age, it is quite a bit. There is no problem with it, but just realize that he will change rapidly over the next three years, both physically and mentally. If you like him, and are ready to take the heat from your friends, go for it. But be aware that he will not stay the same guy. For better or worse remains to be seen.

Legally, it is wrong if it were more than just liking. You can like whomever you wish, just cannot act on it at that age. My mother would have freaked out. I was 15 and a 19 year old liked me. My mother had a fit. It was totally wrong. I would try to find someone a little older.

Well, you JUST turned 18, which really isn't that bad. Plus he's probably turning 16 soon too (just guessing). It really isn't that bad, it could be a lot worse.

it seems like a big difference when your at this age but when you get older it is no problem, and dont worry my parents are 21 years different and have been married for almost 20 years!
