They start melting.
In all seriousness they transgressed a negative commandment.
What happens when you tell a lie?

They would experience an extreme sense of disappointment. How would you feel if you had made a solemn promise to your mother or father on their deathbed and for some reason you broke that promise? Extreme disappointment -- and then get on with life and strive to do better in the future.

Those who are concerned with keeping kosher make sure to eat in kosher restaurants, where no pork is present.
If a Jew eats pork, nothing physical happens to her/him.

I like Gamla Joe's answer. It's really no different than telling a lie or breaking any other commandment. We're not perfect--no one is. You just try to not do it again.

Nothing happens.
It all depends on the factor how strong your mind is.
If you feel it as wrong, next time onward, you please be alert and do not take it.
If you feel it as OK or no problem, you continue it.
Good Luck!!
