By this I don't mean to other drivers on the road. You can have hands free bluetooth in your car. What I mean is, is it rude to the person who you are talking on.

It occured to me as I was talking to my friend while I was driving, she was on her phne too, and driving as well. We're both busy people, and I love her to death, but it seems time is so hard to come by these days. It seems that we try to squeeze all the time we can in a day. That means making phone calls in our cars as oppose to talking at home?

Rude, no not rude but have you ever heard of the word dangerous? Some people cannot drive to save there life, and on top of that, they are chatting away or sending text msg while driving. When you are driving, THE ONLY THING YOU DOING YOU SHOULD BE DOING IS DRIVING. NOT TALKING ON YOU SELL, NOT READING TEXT MSG ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT READ SOMETHING LIKE (JAY DUPED TINA) AND DOING YOUR HAIR OR MAKEUP, Do you know if you are doing 60mph and you take your eyes off the road for 3 seconds, you traveled about 80 feet...

But I will tell you whats rude, is when at a store and someone is using those dam Nextels 2 way, What makes people think I want to hear what there conversation is about. For those of you that have Nextels, take your 2 way off speaker, or better yet get Cingular...

Dangerous as every one has said, and yes a little rude because if you're driving, then your #1 priority has to be on the road and not the conversation. So you're not giving your full attention to your friend. And if you are, then get the hell off the road I don't want you driving on the streets while you're engulfed in a conversation....

Who cares about being rude when you're careening down the road going at least 60 MPH.....in a huge hunk of steel?

It's dangerous and stupid to drive and talk on your phone. If it's that important.....pull over and save your life and possibly others.

No, I don't think it's rude. If your friend was with you in the car, you would be chatting back and forth....no different. If you know each other well enough so that both of you are aware that free time is hard for either one of you to come up with, I don't see that there should be any misunderstanding in that regard. If your friendship is important, however, you will make time for each other outside of commuting, and it's those times that cement a friendship tight enough to permit some "multi-tasking".

You reported she, so i'm uncertain if it rather is a typo, or if speaking approximately giving hand-jobs to trannies. besides the undeniable fact that it fairly is a extensive activate, no rely what the placement is, it fairly is often in no way extraordinary, as long as its no longer at a undesirable time. Like if the adult males mom previous away, and you start to attain into his pants, could no longer be the suitable time . yet while each thing is going super, your in a automobile, then artwork those wrists.

It's more unsafe than rude, because you're distracted. And it is kind of rude too. My mom can always tell if I talk to her while driving. And then I feel bad - can't I find 15 minutes of my time for my mom when she doesn't have to share my attention with random strangers?

Somewhere in my conversations it comes up that I'm on my way to the store, etc.

So, I've never considered it rude. I consider it rude when people are yakking on their cell phone at the restaurant or in the line at the grocery store, because they are loud.

Rude? Lol, how about dangerous?

Blue tooth or not, you are distracted.

Pay attention to the road. Make calls when you aren't driving. The end.
