What do Jesus and St. Paul have to say about marriage/sexuality? What bible passages talk about this?

They say two completely opposite things, but Paul claims to speak for Jesus so it gets confusing. Jesus believed that man and woman were of one flesh, and he believed in forgiveness and tolerance.

Paul never met Jesus. He was a criminal who fell of a donkey and had a vision which he claimed gave him authority to extend the teachings of Jesus to Gentiles, even though Jesus specifically said he was only there for the Jews. Paul was ugly and smelly so women didn't like him. He therefore hated women, and even considered for a time whether a real Christian could be married. He finally decided that marriage was necessary because of lust, but he thought sex was bad for the most part.

Jesus tried to undo a lot of the misogyny of the Old Testament, but Paul put it right back in there.

God created sex for the marriage union only. When 2 become one,It's a spiritual bond that happens, along with the breaking of the hymen, the blood covenant. It seals the marriage union.
Heb. 13:4, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers God will judge."

4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. 5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Heb 13:4-5 (KJV)

3 The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? 4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. 7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? 8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so. 9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery
Matt 19:3-9 (KJV)

Read "Conversations With Angels", by Emmanuel Swedenborg, and other of his writings.

Sex outside of marital love is not much more than animals in heat. When you love someone, it is better, that is when you really discover your humanity.
