please help me. my bff is starving herself and when she does eat she throws it up after. i really dont know what to say to her because shes only told me and 2 other people. she hasnt told her family. we think she hsa an eating disorder please help me by telling me what 2 say 2 her 2 convince her she should tell her parents

Thats an eating disorder - anorexia nervosa and also bulimia.
Its a disease and its not about the food - its psychological.
tell her parents - the sooner she gets counceling the better chances for full recovery. and dont worry that she probably will not talk to you for a while but its better to have alive ex-bff than dead bff.
