okay this is complicated so bare with me...i was dating this boy..who is best friends with my ex boyfriend who is still apparently in love with me.. its been three years. so i broke up with the recent boy and started seeing my ex boyfriend..then my recent ex came back to, then it was a massive mess for awhile.. then they told me that i had to choose. so i did i choose the ex not the recent one haha. but then i wasnt over the recent one so i was on a break with my ex and the recent boy and i had sex, now my ex wont speak to me and the recent boy is mad at me because i picked my ex over him. now my recent boy is talking to me again and wants to hang out, but says that he isnt sure about getting back together cause he doesnt want to get hurt...and my ex boyfriend will never talk to me again cause ive hurt him to many times but i still want to be his friend..i know its complicated...

Whoooah! My head is hurting! lol. I've been in similar situations to you. I get the feeling that both these boys are pretty besotted with you and also very jealous of each other. It's not surprising really! I truly do feel that you've got yourself into a major mess with these boys. Most gals know that it's never a good idea to date any friends of ex boyfriends, as there will be no escaping the ex. But... Boys will be boys, and it seems that they have both been pretty much competing for your affection. Men are naturally competetive and they probably saw you as a prize to deciding who was the better man.
However, it seems they have both been pretty hurt by you, and it is only fair that you be true to yourself and them. Personally, I think it would be far better for you to move on from both of them and either enjoy being single or find someone who doesn't know either of them!
If you truly care about these guys, then you should respect their feelings and their friendship and understand that you are probably ruining their relationship with each other. Love really does hurt, and i'm sure all 3 of you are feeling hurt and confused right now. Maybe give it some time and don't cantact them. Let them come to you when they are ready, that way, you don't have to make yourself the bad guy in this situation.
I wish you luck, and remember that there are PLENTY of other guys out there for you to choose from and maybe a fresh start would be the best thing for you. If you were to get back with either of them, then the situation will probably never get any better and you would just be hurting yourself and them. Could you maybe just be friends with them both and leave it at that?

The first thing you should do is, ask yourself why you and your ex boyfriend broke up. Then what attracted you to the other boy, which one do you really love or did you get together with the second one to make your ex jellos. You say that the second one is mad at you for choosing your ex but still wants to hang out with you. But isn't sure about getting back together cause he doesn't want to get hurt. I don't blame him as you obviously are hooked on hurting people you love. Make up your mind are either of them right for you.

What you should do is this, the ex that you dumped to get back with your ex, you should tell him that the you are still in live with the other ex, but you still have feelings for your ex. Now your ex should be happy, then you can talk to your other ex about the ex about what happened last time when he wasn't your ex but your ex was your other ex but he was soon to be your ex but didn't know it.
Sorry I'm lost, how many ex's did you have again?

I would say sorry to both guys, and leave them alone.
It sounds like you may be spliting up a relationship between them. Don't switch back and forth, it will cause to much emotional distress between all of you
