i bought three different scales that measures body fat and though they all got my weight and water % down the same, my body fat % varies greatly. one scale measure 20%, another measured 60% and the last one measured 30%.

how accurate are these scales? which scale would you recommend?

as you can see consumer scales that use bioelectrical impedance are not accurate. get yourself some hand calipers off the Internet for $20 and learn how to take an accurate body fat readings
