If you have bread and cheese, make a grilled cheese sandwich.
If you have bell peppers and breast of chicken..saute these items 2gether and wrap in a tortilla..add cheese inside or salsa if you have.
Bake a potato in the microwave..top with butter, sour cream, onions, ham, brocolli..

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup..... less then 10 min from start to finish.
Slap cheese on bread, butter the bread, toss it in a frying pan and brown both sides, make sure cheese is melted.
Open the can of soup, pour it and a can of water into a pot and let it get hot.
Put the sandwich on a plate, soup in a bowl and eat up =)

Make a smoothie if you have fruit.
Put berrries, bananas, a little yogurt, some milk or OJ, and others yummy fruit.
Almost all fruit tastes good, but be sure to put enough liquid!
