Through a process known as 'Immaculate Beaming." There were many tens of thousandsof animals on other continents and islands. These were far remote from the area of the Goat People. So "god" "created" a process known as Immaculate Beaming which transported all the far away animals instantly and harmlessly to the loading planks of the Ark. Simultaneous beaming was possible, so that all these animals arrived at just about the same time, for ease of boarding. It was a good system, and it even allowed for the transportation of 130 foot long dinosaurs from South America. Recently discovered scrolls quote Noah as saying he thought the Beaming was a brilliant idea, and could very well be used centuries later in space travel.

Well kangaroos, and unicorns heard God say they should go to Noah's arc. So they went into a whales stomach and they got a ride. The whales pooped out the kangaroos and they hoped on Noah's arc. The unicorns got stuck in the whales butt, and they died. That's why there's no more unicorns!
It took them half an hour for the ride and an hour for everything else.
I thought everyone knew that story!

Between the time that Noah was told to start the ark, and when the rain finally came, was a timespan of 120 years. This would give quite a bit of time for either animals to reach Noah on their own, or for him to purchase and collect such animals.
