before you consider medicine, try to get some more sleep. and sleep for the same length of time every night. that'll help you concentrate more than anything.

This can be any number of things. What you have could have could be anywhere from ADD (attention deficit disorder) to CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome). You did not specify any other details, so I cannot tell if it is possibly anything else. Alone, these symptoms sound very much like ADD, however, if you have any other symptoms such as fatigue, lethargy, and malaise, you should see a physical doctor. If not, I would suggest a psychiatrist. They can prescribe medicine for you if you do in fact have ADD, which will help.
Hope this answer helped you!

Don't know how old you are but I do know that my girlfriends son is not on ADD drugs - and he is one of the nicest normal kids you could know. He has been on pure multivitamin products from www.antioxidants.mypharmanex.com for a year and his antioxidant levels have gone up. This year the parents are getting lots of compliments from teachers noticing the positive difference in their great 12 year old kid. He is also drinking an ounze a day of the G3 a pure miracle juice. All of these vitamins were Doctor reccommended due to their purity and lack of other impurities/toxins etc. Perhaps you need to make your body healthier, including the excersice and eating correctly etc etc.
These vitamins are synergistically formulated for age and gender and the LifePak line actually was the first in the world to pass rigourous Top Three Certification tests. (Banned substances control group, NSF International and ConsumerLab.com. I have found out that supplements never hurt because we could never actually eat all the healthy food we need to give our body what it needs to function properly.
Wishing you good health.

I was diagnosed with ADD as an adult, and currently take adderall. It has changed my life. I can sit and read and do other things that I had problems with before medication. There are other meds, your doctor will recommend the best for you. Good Luck!

You might be really dehydrated, when a person loses their bodies water and they don't drink more fluids to replace what you've lost it can cause a mild case of memory loss and confusion. most people need to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day to replenish what we sweat out, or lose in daily activities. And fluid replacement only counts if it is water. (no pop or juice)

not sure how old you are. you would be best to see doctor and maybe get referred. it could be a form of depression. sometimes when you are just being bugged too much you tend to forget somethings and its just stress so go and find out its best. take care.
