a large egg has about 6.3 grams of protein and 75 calories. Although eggs have a lot of cholesterol, about 50% of the recomended daily allowance, there is an argument that the cholesterol contained in the yolk is balanced out properties contained in the egg white. If you wanted to get more protein and less calories and cholesterol, have one whole raw egg and one egg white (about 3.6 grams of protein with about 17 calories and no cholesterol in the egg white.)

DON'T EVER EAT RAW EGGS.. thet are full of bacteria and some have diseases, which will make u sick. That is why they say never eat raw batter, all needs to be cooked. You can get plenty of protein from chicken, beans, etc.
