Cream cheese, avocado, sprouts, tomato, and maybe some peppers for a little crunch. You can use a whole grain bread and add some shrimp to make it a nice nutritious meal.

Haha you probably already got your answer, but when it comes to sandwiches there's one in particular i'm always craving! I get them at the French restaraunt, La Madeline all of the time. Maybe you can try it out some time.

Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich:
I toss Romaine lettuce, parmasean (sp?), Caesar dressing, olive oil.. maybe some Caesar croutons.. in a bowl, all fresh. Add whatever else you like/want in the mix. The salad is then put between 2 thick slices of French bread (fresh or stale.. stale makes it much better). Cut up pieces of grilled chicken breasts can be squished into the salad to fit in the baguette. Stale baguettes taste much better. Sounds too easy and boring, but it's really amazing. Love them.

The best sandwich I ever had was at Frederick and Nelsons in Seattle. They served a turkey sandwich on a croissant with a mixture of cream cheese and cranberry sauce spread on the roll. They also added a slice of bacon on the top. It had lettuce and tomato in it also, I believe. I haven't had it since they closed but it was sooooo good.

I don't know about sandwich, but for some reason in recent times I have graved lettuce on top of everything. I heated up chicken casserole and put shredded lettuce and ranch on it, so it was a cold salad and warm noodles underneath. MMmmmm...Maybe it'll be the latest trend, literally salad toppers.

Chicken salad. Cooked chicken breast, mayo, minced onion, minced celery, and a little dijon. You can even add some chopped pecans for a little extra crunch. Put on a baguette with lettuce and sliced tomato.
