which is better and if u say xbox 360 i wont pick u for best answer cuz iknow from fact(red ring of death) the 360 sucks

well i had both, and i sold my Wii on ebay and used the money plus profit to buy a ps3. the wii was causing my shoulder to hurt at the socket. Now i can play the ps3 and have a lot better games to play, and no break anything on or around me. Plus who wants to play tinnis on Wii sports when you can play much better games like GTA 4 this spring?

I can't really answer, but I can empathize. I'm in the EXACT same boat (probably sitting right next to you if you turn a little to the left...see the guy waving...that's me).
I've been a loyal fan of the playstation for quite a while, so many of the games I'm looking forward to are mainly sequels (Metal Gear Solid 4; Soul Calibur 4 and the obligatory Tekken installment--along with MAYBE the next Final Fantasy...maybe...)
But for now, it seems like a long wait for anything worthwhile to hit the shelves from the PS3 camp.
The Wii on the otherhand is mega-cool, uberpopular and very wallet-friendly. Plus, I'm a bit curious about making a Mii, and the new Zelda game looks pretty hot--if nothing else, I get to play sword-fight with more than my imagination this time :D
Basically, my head says Wii, but my heart says wait. Wait for the PS3...
I'm holding on, but I'm not sure how long I can wait.
Again, not much of an answer as much as it is empathizing.
Either way, yes, I most certainly agree---360 has no place in this question.

I personally cannot see how you can play wii for more than 30 minutes. I mean its like "Oh thats cool.......k now im bored" not to mention the graphics dont even come close to Ps3. And Good for you saying no to 360, but ya go with PS3, it'll last you years, and games will keep coming, and getting better and better. If you don't mind I suggest Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Haze, both are FPS and come out Nov 6th, and late December respectively.

I bought both. You get to experience different games for each console. I play shooters and sports games on PS3 and I play action and adventure games like Mario and stuff on Wii. Absolutely do not get the 360. I guarantee you will be happy with both. Just save your money and you can get both.

well i i will go with the PS3, depends on what type of games you into if you into kiddie games like mario or zelda go with the wii but i hated those games and my will was in the shelf collecting dust so i traded it in for a 60gb ps3 and i love it i play it more than the 360, my opinion ps3 is the best hands down

the wii is a bad system because it doesnt have much good action games and the sincer breaks easy.I will chosie PS3

i like da wii cause it waz funny how ppl beat em selfs up haha. but i really don like it. i would hav to go wit da ps3 but u cant forget bout da xbox360
