if you havent done spanish 1 then you will have a very hard time learning in spanish 2 because all the spanish courses flow into eachother... so you need to take 1 before 2.
SO i would suggest taking spanish 1 before you move onto spanish 2.

haha. of course to learn findamental spanish, take spanish courses. how ever, people can takes many many years of courses and still not become a very good spanish speaker.
one of the best ways to learn spanish would be to submerge yuorself in it.
so i recommend taking a year or so of spanish classes and then go to a spanish speaking coutnry or city and totally surround yourself in the midst of it. that way, you will have fundamentals and be able to pick up some things and will really learn how it is spoken from person to perason.
submerging yourself in spanish speaking ares really is one of the fastes ways to learn it!

well, if you are in spanish 2 you only know about as much spanish as a 3 year old, i believe. it takes a lot of practice and a lot of years to really know how to speak/understand spanish.

i'm in spanish 4 at school, and we're barely at the fourth or fifth grade reading level for a native-spanish-speaking child. it takes years of practice and experience around native-speakers to progress in your fluency. i have a bit of an unfair advantage because my first language is spanish (haha i'm cheating the system ;] ) but from what i see in my other classmates, it gets easier.

I'm Uruguayan and the accents and pronunciation is extraordinary among them .Argentinian and Uruguayan Spanish are very identical however Argentinian tone is extraordinary and a few extraordinary grammar ,I discover it okay to talk to a Mexican however to any person from Spain I don't have any thought easy methods to realize what they are saying in any respect

Pay attention in class. I got straight A's in Spanish, and even did better on the final test than the Hispanic people in class, and I missed the first two quarters of Spanish.
