You did pretty well. But cut back on the candy and fatty foods. If you're trying to lose weight, cut way back on fats, fried foods, candy (sugar, soda, kool-aid, etc.). And get outside and play. Take your dog for a walk, play hide-and-go-seek-tag with a group of people. Do SOMETHING to be active. And don't take in more than 990 calories a day (yes, that means keeping track and knowing portions and the calories that are in them).

The amount of food you consume tells nothing about the shape you are in. I myself am 16, male, 6', 12.7% BF, and 147 lbs. You could be a muscle man, weighing that much, Im not sure... As many answers said, cut down, or cut out all fatty snack food. These taste good, but do absolutley nothing for you. Remember this quote "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". I eat alot more then that everyday, but its healthy foods. If you are really worried about being over weight, start eating healthier and getting some excercise, Im pretty sure interval training is the best for burning fat. I've also heard if you do a 30 min workout in the morning, you increase your metabolism for the day and therefore burn more fat (eating heatlhy foods!). Good luck.

Its not how much you ate but what you ate. Spam for instance is a terrible option. You may as well eat lard that comes in a cube. Yuck! And carb overload with potatoes & pasta. Any veggies with that? Waffles for brekkie arent a good option, talk about sugar central.
164 pounds isnt all that much but your waist measurement is large & doesnt sound right for your age. If you are worried do something about it. Eat toast or grain based cerial for brekkie, actually eat a whole sandwich for lunch, have one not both pasta or potatoes, ditch the spam & eat some broccoli.

One day, no. Keep this up and you're in for trouble. You really ate nothing good today to be honest. All sugar, carbs and the only protein I saw was sausage and spam, both junk, high in fat and loaded with sodium. The candy, well, hell its Halloween. Ssips, throw them away, they are sugar and water. Drink diet soda or something.

Take it from me you need too cut out most of the snacking
change the things you snack on to fruit walk everyday two miles or do something active 20 min. a day. I was heavy when I was young now I'm diabetic and have alot of health issues. So please try to cutback on sweets for your own good. Think long and hard do it for yourself it won't always
be easy. I know. life will be better for you. And just by asking I think you know the answer. Good Luck you can do it.

that's a horrible diet, especially the Supper. where is the fiber, protein, vegetables and fruit in your diet.
keep eating like that and you will be 5'1 and 200 lbs. i'm almost 100 lbs heavier, 1 foot taller and my waist is 10" smaller than yours.

Try to cut some of the snacks out, and exercise and you probably won't gain anymore.
