Yes, you are paranoid...
just smile or make a silly face....
People watch people..that is what we do. Obviously you don't like to make eye contact when speaking to someone you even know do you? I used to be and feel the same way...get over it..

Well, do both guys and girls look at you? Maybe there's something odd about you and they're trying to figure it out. Maybe you should spend less time trying to figure out if people are staring at you and spend more time thinking about important things. I think you're a little paranoid. I mean, people look at each other. A lot. You've noticed that when someone walks into a room, everyone looks up to check out the newcomer. Just forget about it and move on with your life.

I think like you posited in your piece, you are just a little bit paranoid. You are in public and sometimes it may seem that people are looking at you when the opposite is true. I advise you go about your business and if any of these people you think is looking at you want to make contact with you, they will do so.

I feel the same way sometimes...think of it this way, if they really ARE looking at you take it as a compliment...it could mean they think you are attractive, stylish, or that they find something striking about you. On the other hand it might be your imagination. You might just be paranoid like you said, or a little self conscious. In my opinion you shouldn't worry about who is looking at you. It is alot worse if nobody looks at you because that means you are nothing worth looking at. Be proud of who you are and don't worry about it =]

Chances are they are Turning away because they didn't want you to catch them looking at you, they may like you, and are to shy, or intimidated to look you in the eye. If you are really concerned about them looking at you, try to analyze why they are looking-if you have enough courage, ask someone why they are looking at you, you may be surprised with the answer.

Hon I get the same thing--except at work and it's a group of guys that when they aren't busy will be standing there--obviously--staring at me--not even trying to hide it. I pretend to not notice and work on. I have even caught them staring at me from in between machines!! It's so stupid it's comical. Just ignore them and move on.

Once you grow older a bit this phenomena will stop. It happens to me when I was younger. This is normal. Because the body produces many chemical secretions when after puberty.

You're pretty paranoid, but everyone has those moments. Sometimes I think everyone is laughing at me when they're not

So smile at them. And maybe they'll smile back.
No, I don't feel I am being watched more than the average person - but if I were to muff something up, you can be sure EVERYONE would see !!!
